1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 3n4n ("3n4n," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 3n4n online gaming platform accessible at https://3n4n.ws and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any bonus or promotional offer you elect to participate in. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3n4n Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling law and PAGCOR regulations;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any commercial entity;
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person or entity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 3n4n or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested through 3n4n or through PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

3n4n reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 3n4n may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 3n4n services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.

3.1 One Account per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 3n4n Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where 3n4n identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to ensure that the personal information provided during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — particularly your address, contact number, or email address — you are obligated to update your account information promptly. 3n4n shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, 3n4n implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and in some cases proof of source of funds. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Passport issued by the Republic of the Philippines
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• UMID Card (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

Withdrawals above certain thresholds will not be processed until identity verification is completed to 3n4n's satisfaction. 3n4n reserves the right to require enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 3n4n account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility.

3n4n strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered on the Platform;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Never share your one-time passwords (OTP) received via SMS with any third party, including persons claiming to represent 3n4n support.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3n4n immediately by contacting live chat support or emailing [email protected]. 3n4n will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have knowingly shared your credentials with a third party.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3n4n accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location, transaction amount, and account verification status. 3n4n reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 3n4n is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures under 3n4n's anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three banking days. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or review for suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity. 3n4n shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Currency

The functional currency of the 3n4n Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 3n4n does not charge a conversion fee, but the exchange rate applied reflects current market conditions and may vary between transactions.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

3n4n operates in full compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended by Republic Act No. 10365 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 3n4n is required by law to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources. The use of the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

3n4n offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

6.2 Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100% unless otherwise specified. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all to bonus wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates applicable to any bonus will be stated in that bonus's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

3n4n monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting welcome bonuses through multiple accounts, placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner not intended by 3n4n. Where bonus abuse is identified, 3n4n reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the player's account without prior notice.

6.4 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have opted out of bonus offers, players under self-exclusion, and players whose accounts are under review are not eligible to claim bonuses. 3n4n reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 3n4n Platform are governed by their individual game rules as presented within each game. In the event of any inconsistency between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail in respect of the outcome of individual game rounds.

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on the 3n4n Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-run return and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that interrupts a game round, 3n4n reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed outcome or an erroneous payout, 3n4n reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds paid out as a result of the malfunction. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the Platform.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports bets are governed by the 3n4n Sportsbook Rules applicable at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. 3n4n reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined at the time of bet placement, or where the bet was placed in error due to an incorrect odds feed.

7.4 Bet Cancellation

Confirmed bets may not be cancelled by the player except where the specific game or sport rules expressly permit a cash-out option. 3n4n reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of system errors, incorrect odds, suspicious betting patterns, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3n4n Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by 3n4n;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 3n4n immediately;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on genuine transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3n4n staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographical or technical restrictions applied by 3n4n.

9. Responsible Gaming

3n4n is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 3n4n players and may be activated from the account settings dashboard or by contacting live chat support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your 3n4n account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3n4n Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the property of 3n4n or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform;
• Use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform;
• Use the 3n4n brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 3n4n intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal action under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3n4n, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

3n4n's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 3n4n account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3n4n's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

3n4n reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• A direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for 12 months or more may be closed).

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 3n4n live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and pending bonus winnings subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 3n4n is governed by the 3n4n Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

3n4n processes your personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Regulatory Complaints

3n4n is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who are unable to resolve a dispute with 3n4n through the standard support channels may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaints process. 3n4n is required to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or inquiry.

14.2 Internal Dispute Resolution

In the first instance, all disputes must be directed to the 3n4n support team via live chat or email to [email protected]. 3n4n will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. For complex disputes, 3n4n may require a period of up to 28 calendar days to conduct a full investigation. The outcome of 3n4n's internal dispute resolution process will be communicated to you in writing.

14.3 Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your use of 3n4n's services.

15. Amendments to These Terms

3n4n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 3n4n will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

For minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, and updates required by regulatory direction from PAGCOR), 3n4n may update these Terms with immediate effect. The "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent version.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
